We are back! Since the Governor has released Phase 1 re-opening Florida, we are allowed to have classes of 9 or less. We have held a few classes already and they have gone very well, we just have a cosmetic makeover. All of our safety measures have been updated and we have added more personal protection. We would love to teach your small group. Please give us a call, email, text for your next small group training.

In accordance to CDC and AHA guidelines, we have decided to postpone classes until this virus is under control. If your card is within expiration, your expiration has been extended for 60 days. We will be back to work as soon as allowed. Please call or email us with any questions or concerns.
